I have communicated with the customer support team and they informed me that my account has been canceled. However, I have noticed that they have charged my account for the transaction. Additionally, I am unable to log in to my account to initiate a chat. Despite opening a ticket and sending an email, I have yet to receive a response.
EDIT: Everything find got an statisfiying solution.
