BEWARE, this app is a complete RIP OFF. They will charge you heavily for basically nothing! My last invoice was over $400 USD and I have not even officially launched my website or sold a single thing.

Scammy software.

In the short time I had this installed on my store (no more than 30 minutes) I had no less than 3 upsell pages pop up.

To top it off, when you subscribe it auto-selects auto order placement and tracking for an extra $10 a month (isn't this a basic feature of the software?)

Even after selecting that it seems to only give you 5 'credits' so I'm assuming if you have more than 5 orders you have to pay additional fees.

Seems to sole purpose of this app is to upsell everything, deliver nothing (I also tried to add products from amazon in multiple ways and you just get broken errors).

They charged med over 300 dollar, when i haven't used the app at all. Dont trust it and don't used it. There is more people having the same problem and they don't answer customer support or anything.

Termination and Withheld Funds

Dear AutoDS Management,

I am writing to formally escalate a critical issue regarding my account bryson.tacata@gmail.com.

Yesterday, I loaded funds into my fulfillment balance specifically to process a pending order. Immediately after these funds were deducted, my account was suspended, and I was blocked from the platform.

Currently, the order remains unfulfilled, yet I am being prompted to pay for a subscription for a service I cannot access.

The level of support received from your assistant, Orion, has been entirely unhelpful and fails to address the fact that my money was taken without the corresponding service being rendered.

I require the following immediate actions:

Direct Contact from a Manager: I wish to speak with a supervisor regarding the "insane" timing of this account lockout immediately following a financial deposit.

Refund of Managed Balance: A full refund of all funds loaded for fulfillment that were not used or were taken without order completion.

Cancellation of Subscription Charges: Immediate voiding of any current or future subscription invoices while my account is inaccessible.

If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a fraudulent transaction with my financial institution and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

There are many problems: inventory and prices are never updated, products cannot be edited, customer service does not reply to messages, and the order has been pending for 70 days with the package still en route and no logistics updates.
