I'm giving it a 4 star because with this app, I can easily source and import products to my store, I also do not have to go through the stress of fulfilling orders, the app does all that, and it's quite easy to use. The support team, though they are quick to respond to issues, and are quite patient, seem to rely too much on automation and do not seem efficient enough in resolving issues, they should learn more about solving issues that have to do with automation.

AutoDS has a lot of useful features. In my opinon there are just tons of things that seem way too complicated for someone who is just starting e-com. It took me days to figure out some of the features. I would personaly make the website more simple. Also I feel like there are tons of bugs like I can´t import the product for some reason and it keeps saying the product was not found on the supplier website, even tho the product is there. Another thing is, I upgraded my plan on Sep. 22th and AutoDS will charge for the next month on Oct. 10th which makes no sense kind of. I bought the plan on Sep. 10th but upgraded it on Sep. 22th what I think I should be charged on October 22th, not 10th. There are just lots of things that you still need to work on in my opinion, but the services you provide are amazing, no other 3PL can compete with you.

Wish I better understand exactly how to set up my Auto DS account so it can sync better to my Shopify store (I was editing and updating everything directly on Shopify, didn't know better!)... I'm also not able to create an original price (my item is showing as on sale for 50% off, can't specify that so my items don't look like 50 off). Otherwise, the site is fairly easy to navigate and it is SO easy to add products! You also get a FAST response when you reach out to support. I look forward to continue using AutoDS to grow my store.

Overall this is a good platform for beginners in dropshipping like myself. AutoDS has lots of capabilities but somtimes these are hidden behind the need to purchase extra credits (such as auto-ordering), so bear this in mind.

I also currently have an ongoing issue whereby most of the products I add to my store quickly become out of stock, which has been a somewhat frustrating experience as it is preventing me from actually launching my store at the moment. This is open with AutoDS support, so will update this accordingly depending on the outcome.

My first time using Auto-DS was not the best but this was due to me not knowing how to use the site properly so I gave 1 stare and 3 days later I got a message from a Women called Dorina who was excellent she messaged me to set up a zoom call I responded with my proffered time and she set it all up we then had a short call were she fixed all my problems and said if I needed any think else to message her. I also resaved a full refund along with a free month which I am grateful for as I thought I wasted my money on Auto DS but i was wrong. The customer service from Dorina was excellent I couldn't of asked for more from her she was patient, nice and answered all my questions excellently for this I'm giving 4 Stars and hope to chang it to 5 when i use it probably to boost my online business.

So far it has been a seamless process using AutoDS so I appreciate that. I did have an issue regarding monthly vs yearly billing for my subscription but it was promptly taken care of by Krizza. Aside from that it has proven to be a solid platform. I will update this review as time progresses and I have more detailed info to share.
