Great app and easy to use
Great prices, shipping times and variety of products
only 2 things that I didn't like is that the prices on imported products and on the market sometimes differ, and that you need to put specific amount of $ inside the app instead of being able to fulfill the orders on their specific amount.

As this is my first time using this app, I find it very user-friendly and straightforward. I've learned the basics of navigating the interface, finding and selecting products, and adding items to my store seamlessly. The app's intuitive design makes it simple to manage my store efficiently and effectively in future and I will reach to help desk if need any help.

What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided!

DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

This tool is kinda overcomplicated for someone new in dropshipping and has a lot of additional expensive costs. I had some issues with this tool but support is VERY good and they helped me. Idk i dont recommend this tool for new dropshippers, im going to chose Dsers cuz it is free. But maybe some day i will come back to autoDS but not now. I respect and greet the lady from support very much.

an amount has been deducted from my account without using the app via Shopify. Dorina (AutoDS team) contacted me to report this inconvenience, and I was refunded. I appreciate her professionalism. Personally, I unsubscribed because I couldn't import my items from Alibaba to Shopify. I was even using links, but I couldn't find my niche. I was only offered AliExpress items.
