I like it very much. The system is user friendly and tailored to every drop shipper, be it beginner or expert. I have had such an easy time importing products to my store that I was surprised how easy it was. Definitely recommend

I process was seamless and easy to understand. I like the option of being able to dropship from US vendors where the shipping doesn't take that long. The only downside is you don't have the option to pay monthly. Their subscription requires that you pay for the entire year.

I am pleased with all of the products they have available for dropshippers. While the aim is to assist with automating the process and making it easier to process orders, I find navigation and use a bit cumbersome. Searching for products is not as easy as it should be using keywords. Many time i get results not relevant to my keyword unless i narrow down the search by selecting a specific category. I am going to stick with it. I will say that their customer service chat has been a big help. They are knowledgeable and able to help sort through your issues. I have utilized them many times now, always with satisfactory outcome.

I have had many issues with this app, but live chatting with support was very efficient. Jay-Ann was super helpful, friendly and patient when it came to showing me how to work around all of the errors I was encountering. I am excited for the new updates and truly believe in this system as it pulls in every bit of information needed. The suppliers list is impressive as well. With live chat there to help, it makes it easier to resolve user errors. You can't beat having a great efficient system and amazing customer service! Thank you Jay-Ann and AutoDS.
I'm a complete beginner, and have checked out a few apps that offer to streamline and improve the dropshipping experience.
While I don't find this stuff a walk in the park, AutoDS happens to be the easiest and best-presented so far.

UPDATE*
This app so far is ok. Seem to have a few glitches along the way. 1) Out of Stock when it's not on the store's side or it may be "Low in Stock"
2) Currently having importing issues
3) Not happy with the fact I have to manually order the customers products. They say All stores are "fulfilled by AutoDS". But not having success on that. 4) Chat - At first they were very helpful and available but as of the past month, they might be available to chat once or twice a week. A trouble ticket takes days to be answered. And they don't really answer the problem.
UPDATE - 10/2/21
1) Out of Stock issue has been mostly resolved. a) No personalized Items allowed. -most of my items were personalized. Seems like Im having most of my problems with Etsy. So far Amazon has been doing fine.
2) No importing issues since then. But it could contribute to importing personalized items or items with MANY Variants.
Dor has been a great help. He's been checking with my trouble tickets. Customer Service has been good.
