AutoDS: Dropshipping & POD

I am very new to dropshipping and e-commerce in general. What I would say is Auto DS makes it very easy to decide WHERE you want to ship TO and WHERE you want to ship FROM.

No other provider I have seen does this. They have a really great user-friendly UI and their price point being a bit higher than others I think justifies everything I have seen so far.

If you're debating getting into dropshipping I would recommend this store, even if you have not set anything up yet I believe they have a mentor programme to help you get up and running asap.

We were worried and contacted Auto DS to figure out if our orders were actually being delivered. Within a day not only did Auto DS support confirm the orders were delivered but they also provided proof of delivery.

I must say that the general auto ds help are reasonable but at times no help at all. However It would be remiss of me not to tell everyone about Dorina in Greece. This lady is the only reason I am still a customer of Auto DS.
She is the epitome of great customer service and should be rightly rewarded for her role with the company. I suggest you get her to do a training video of how support staff should be aware of true customer service and send this to all support staff.
Dorina is kind, patient and understanding. She chooses to go the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy with the service.
I truly believe her to be amongst the very best of your company's' assets!
Dorina understands the auto ds app and all its hugely confusing and challenging uses. We are not all superior computer human beings some of us are just regular people trying to do something good for our families. Your support staff should be aware of this and perhaps ask at the point of contact the level of expertise the customer has before offering a range of videos and advising we go to Facebook for answers.

It is probably the best tool for dropshipping. Connected to shopify right away, importing products has never been easier and also finding products with their paid tools is insane. Definitely recommend it, the best option by far

Auto-DS has been very helpful in finding trending products and connecting my store with thousands of suppliers. There is a multitude of tools on Auto-DS that allows me to find products which are selling fast right now and therefore allow me to jump on the wave quickly and sell products fast. Auto Ds also has a really easy system to import products to the store with ease, with also an amazing automated delivery and fulfillment system which makes life so easy when selling products to customers

It seemed like a good idea, but the product doesn't work correctly. There is no setup assistance, it demands a lot of busy work by the store owner and their customer service department is thoroughly confused.

They refuse to provide support via screen share to help with setup or anything else, even after upgrading to the mentor program. I still haven't spoken with a mentor in over two days, with one customer service rep telling me via email that I'm not signed up for a mentor program and another telling me I have mentor privileges but never made a ticket.

I've made two tickets, but they seem to be getting deleted by the rep who thinks I'm not authorized to have a mentor. This is the worst customer service I've encountered on Shopify thus far, and I experiment with many apps.

6/4/24 update: After I left a one-star review, the company offered me everything I wanted. I can't take them up on that because, after my experience with Auto-DS, I have lost all interest in trying again with them.

Now, they want me to delete or change my review. The rep who promised to make everything right is telling me that this review reflects on them personally. I don't want my star rating to compromise her job, so I've changed this to a 5-star review even though I would not try this company again.

So far this app has been really helpful in processing orders and being able to import items from other sources like Aliexpress, Amazon, ect. The shopify integration is really nice also. You can update everything from within AutoDS for AutoDS listed products and it automatically updates on your Shopify store. Make sure you do all your price editing from within AutoDS itself and not on Shopify as it can revert back. AutoDS has nice features like Automated order fulfillment, Stock monitoring, Price Monitoring. A marketplace to research other items. I like it most for its import feature. Also customer service has been helpful when I have needed them, helping walk me through certain steps to achieve the results I am looking for. AutoDS has a small learning curve but its very useful when you start getting the hang of it.
