Easy to understand and use. Amazing customer service. A special shout out to Krizza for her support in helping me upgrade my package during the trial period.
Update: I was constantly receiving support till the the i not posted the above review. Ever since i posted the review, the live support option has vanished for me. If i have to wait for multiple days to get support, then the app doesn't make any sense. Downgraded my review to 4 stars.

great and workable app ever.for begginer dropshipping it is very usefull for me .Thanks AUTODS being with meOnly way to remove reference to our Shopify product listings is to select those products under the products page while doing so it permanently deleted all of our products and caused us a massive amount of product and product data loss even though none of our products were actually linked and uploaded to AutoDS.

Its a pretty good app with many features that enable you to automate your dropshipping business. The customer service is quite a hassle as it is very hard to talk to a representative directly.

Auto DS Dropshipping is a solid choice for dropshippers. It's user-friendly, offers helpful product research tools, and automates order processing. While there's a bit of a learning curve and customer support could be improved, it's a valuable asset for any dropshipping business. I'd give it 4 stars.

I would give it a 5 but for 2 things. 1. It is difficult to remove a product from your store. That SHOULD be simple, but it isn't. I tried to chat for help but the bot keeps telling me my session has ended. I hope this is not indicative of future issues.
2. I'm looking for very specific types of products to add to my store, not just any and everything. Filtering is NOT user friendly. With so many products from so many suppliers, I SHOULD be able to narrow it down and not have to scroll constantly.

Just begin to use AutoDS Dropshipping app, so far, it seems to be a good app to start with. However, I wish there will be step by step guide to guide me through every tab on the app. Overall, it gets the work done! I am excited to explore more about it!

A simple app to use for dropshipping. I don't enjoy the constant upgrades that I have to purchase because of the variations. BUT I do want to appreciate DANIEL. He was efficient, knowledgeable, fast and genuine. When people state to 'smile with your voice' on the phone I felt that genuine 'smile through your texts' via live chat. You are lucky to have him on your team! Thanks again for your help and support, Daniel!
