I would 10/10 times recommend the online chat help. They are very fast with helping you with whatever you need help with. I had a problem and a few questions and they helped me resolve my problems and answer my questions in under a minute. I got the answers I needed and I was sent on my way.

It was confusing to understand exactly what is being offered but the Auto-DS chatter (Shalauddin) helped me by having patience and answering my questions and clarifying my confusion.
I do feel that some things need to be fully explained for a newcomer like myself, but we got through it.
Newcomers understand that you need to purchase separate plans for each Store platform you plan to sell on (Amazon, Shopify,etc) and there is full fulfillment on some platforms and not all.
So basically you purchase 2 plans (Starter & Auto Order) per store for the full fulfillment services being offered.
