The app doesn't have live chat at the moment but it uses ticket system which they reach you back via email very fast and it seems it works good.
Mechelle provided great customer support and clear directions on how to resolve my issue. Auto DS allows you to import products from basically anywhere

Overall great app that helps a lot! 100% would recommend it to anyone else, only negative thing is it can get a bit expensive in the beggining.
