The technician, Precious, was incredible. She was patience, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided examples, screenshots. Also, she sent me the chat transcript! This was the first in a very long time that I actually enjoyed getting assistance via chat. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

After watching 1 or 2 tutorial videos on Auto DS, and editing products, i feel as if I have found the perfect platform to work with.
I'm not super tech-savvy so help videos are a must for me.
