Great service/software. It currently doesn't meet my needs. There's still a possibility I may come back to this app if my needs ever change. Great customer service I have experienced so far and the software is great also.

There was a little bit of confusion with being charged after my free trial; however, I was helped through the live chat box, and I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner! I will say that I would've preferred to talk with someone on the phone, but the chat box worked fine!

They took out $423 randomly which I caught immediately and emailed them right away. What little products I did find that fit my niche aren't worth the price they charge at all. I have reached out to them several times with Shopify support help for a shipping questions and it took days to have one simple question answered which, to me, tells me that this issue will not resolved anytime soon either, if at all! I do not have a single item of theirs pushed to my store. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money returned immediately!
