I had a problem because ended up with two accounts. Tech support check the other account and immediately put in a ticket request to delete the wrong account. He was very courteous and the whole problem was handled in just a few minutes. Gave them five stars for tech support.

So far, I've liked the app. I like the many interesting automating features it has for a drop shipper to advance in their journey. Also, I really appreciate the customer support that AutoDS has. They always manage to respond with the exact information I need, and if not, the customer support agents are more than willing to continue our conversation until I get the information that I want. One of the workers, Rizza Jean did a phenomenal job in assisting me, when I stumbled upon pricing issue, they did everything in their capacities to check in technical bugs as well as try to find a solution from outside of the technical framework. Overall, I found the experience to be superb! Highly recommend.

Great customer service and experience so far.
