DO NOT PAY IN FULL ... PAY MONTHLY. YOU WILL GET ISSUES AUTODS WILL NOT FIX -They took my money and ran and left me with issues unresolved. Uncomprehensive! I don't do reviews, but this platform is taking the life out of me not to review
worst experience ever with this platform. picking up random orders from 2025 and not syncing with new orders from 2026. picking up wrong buy prices and explaining it will be updated from draft to imported folder (products) $32 was $532 buy price! variants not splitting according to settings. bulk changes come back with error and not processed (redo, recheck, redo, recheck) when there was "no error" basically had to check and recheck work is time consuming and not being productive. Too many tech issues and still not resolved after 3 months. Just keep receiving emails from CS acknowledging raised concerns only to be told it is being reviewed =3months. no resolutions. asked to speak to a manager to handle the issues raised.
NO MANAGER SENT ME AN EMAIL.
PERSISTANT ISSUES AND I HAVE OVER 10+ (too much to list)
If I had only 2 I understand. I was constantly on CS asking why the simplest task on their platform is not correct. It's not rocket science.

The management never provide notice of payment due and when the payment is automatically withdrawn you will never be refunded the cash. Don't engage unless you are prepared to experience negligence personified.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING! This app takes money out of you! Worst customer service. $200+ subscription equals 2 star overall service. There are other better apps than AutoDS do your research. Also if you request for subscription refund, don’t expect a refund at all because they love to take all your money. They don’t care about their policies, they just let you keep going in circles. WORST APP!!

I feel sorry for anyone going to use this. I had to deal with 10+ team members, two managers for more than 10 days. Yet, there is no use and finally I had to hold onto my business which was planned with AutoDS as service provider - completely unreliable.

They can reply on this message to try to look good in front of new customers but they are ignoring me for days. Every time I start a new chat they say I can not start new case and they close it. Dont fall for these scammers!!

This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.

My Experience with AutoDS:
I signed up for AutoDS expecting automated dropshipping fulfillment. Instead, I experienced complete platform failure on my very first order.
What Went Wrong:
Customer placed order on February 12, 2026
AutoDS accepted fulfillment request at 3:00 PM
For 4 days, absolutely nothing happened—no automation, no processing, no alerts
I had to contact support multiple times to find out why the order wasn't being fulfilled
Was told to deposit funds into my AutoDS wallet ($52.63) to process the order
Even after depositing funds, AutoDS still did not process the order automatically
Support finally instructed me to manually go to Walmart.com, purchase the product myself, enter shipping details, get tracking, and update the order manually in AutoDS
This is not automation. This is me doing all the work while paying AutoDS for nothing.
The Result:
I had to refund my customer after 4 days of delays
Canceled my AutoDS account immediately
Filed disputes with PayPal to recover my $52.63
Removed all AutoDS products from my store
Bottom Line:
If you're looking for automated dropshipping, AutoDS is not the solution. Their automation failed completely on my first order, support was unhelpful, and I was told to manually fulfill orders myself—which defeats the entire purpose of using a dropshipping platform.
Save your time and money. Use a more reliable platform like DSers, Zendrop, or Spocket instead.
Would I recommend AutoDS? Absolutely not.
