Non posso dire nulla di negativo perche credo che non sia facile gestire tutto da queste infernali macchine dalle quali dipendiamo. Detto questo ho ricevuto in questi giorni molte informazioni contrastanti su cosa e meglio o peggio fare, alcune persone erano molto comunicative alcune no, credo per la differenza linguistica di espressione. Cerco sempre di dare supporto a tutti ma sinceramente dico che e la prima volta in vita mia che per costruire uno store e capirci qualcosa ci ho messo 120 ore e non sto ancora pubblicando il mio primo shop online con shopify. Fully useless this AutoDS because customer support is interested only in earning money on customers subscriptions. Titles and descriptions of products are optimized poorly for big money.

They charged med over 300 dollar, when i haven't used the app at all. Dont trust it and don't used it. There is more people having the same problem and they don't answer customer support or anything.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING! This app takes money out of you! Worst customer service. $200+ subscription equals 2 star overall service. There are other better apps than AutoDS do your research. Also if you request for subscription refund, don’t expect a refund at all because they love to take all your money. They don’t care about their policies, they just let you keep going in circles. WORST APP!!

This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.

I’ve been using AutoDS for a while, and it’s honestly made running my drop shipping store a lot less stressful. It takes care of so many tedious tasks automatically, and it’s really easy to use. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to anyone looking to save time and stay organised.

THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND. WHEN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY. THEY CHARGE WAY MORE THAN ALIEEXPRESS!!
They can reply on this message to try to look good in front of new customers but they are ignoring me for days. Every time I start a new chat they say I can not start new case and they close it. Dont fall for these scammers!!

Automatically charged me a full year subscription for an account I can't even access. Trying to get support to resolve this and the AI is stating I opened an account 6 years ago when it was in fact last year. Very poor customer service and I am still trying to get my money back.
