I faced an issue where my order for a customer was pending for an unusually long time. Reaching out to AutoDS's customer support, I was quickly contacted by an Order Specialist. He informed me that the order was canceled without prior notice and promptly offered a solution - either a re-order or a refund.

I opted for the re-order, and this is where AutoDS's efficiency really shined. Another service specialist, took over and ensured that my order was put through the auto-reordering process. In a very short time, I was updated that my order was successfully processed and given a new delivery date of 2 weeks. The second specialist also guided me on how to track my order using 17Track, which was a helpful addition.

What impressed me the most was the speed and clarity in communication. Each team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue. The quick turnaround from identifying the problem to resolving it was remarkable.

Excellent customer service, I got served by Mischelle M and she was the best customer service I’ve ever had, quick response and helped me with everything I had. The app is also great they found me a supplier that had items way cheaper and faster delivery than any other places I could find. The Automated ordering also works very well. Overall 5/5 stars, absolute beauty of an app. Recommend to anyone that is looking to step their ecom journey.

As a technophobe AutoDS is exactly what I need to both start and scale my shopify store! As a person who's really bad with all things tec I have had a few problems with getting set up. With hindsight it's mainly because I didn't have a clear understanding of the entire process between Customer - Shopify - AutoDS - AliExpress - and Customer (take time to understand this before jumping head first into building your store!!!). Thankfully AutoDS's Customer Support, both online chat and ticketed, has been brilliant, both helpful and in my case patient!
