アプリの基本的な機能すらまともに動かず、試用期間終了時に解約しようとしても解約できませんでした。最終的にshopifyストアごと削除し解約できました。サブスク費用の返金にもいまのところ応じてもらえず残念です

Not what I expected my store is running however, AutoDS keeps declining to deliver the items. AutoDs is not giving a reason for declining to fulfill my orders. Very disappointed!

Me cobraron USD 386 por una suscripción anual que no autoricé y que ni siquiera he usado. Lo peor es que, al intentar entrar a la plataforma para cancelar o gestionar la suscripción, AutoDS no me deja acceder claramente a las opciones de cuenta, facturación o cancelación. Me manda a pantallas de configuración y selección de paquetes, pero no a una ruta real para cancelar.
Contacté con soporte, expliqué el problema y pedí el reembolso. Se negaron usando sus políticas internas, aunque el problema principal es que su propia plataforma no permite gestionar correctamente la cancelación.
Desde mi experiencia la peor estafa, es una app con un proceso de cobro/cancelación muy poco transparente. No la recomiendo nada!!!, Cuidado antes de conectar una tarjeta o aceptar cualquier prueba. Usan métodos engañosos para que pagues!!

AutoDS offers a terrible user experience and suffers from serious functional malfunctions. I uploaded hundreds of products to Shopify, and some items, after being successfully listed, displayed only blank text information without any images.
I proactively contacted customer service to address the issue, performing store resynchronization and deleting and re-uploading products, but the problem persists. Ultimately, they just told me to wait for a technical response without giving a timeframe.
This platform claims to automate the entire process, yet even the most basic product image import function is prone to failure. It's impossible to manually fix hundreds of products one by one, rendering the automation tool completely useless. The overall experience is extremely poor, and I do not recommend using it.

Riktigt dåligt. Är besviken. Tänkte testa denna app men efter en stund så hittade jag en annan app jag trodde skulle passa bättre. Jag avbröt 3 dagar gratis versionen och sedan tänkte jag inte mer på det. Efter 3 dagar drogs det 3502kr från mitt konto. Detta är ett skämt. Får ingen svar från kundtjänst då jag kontaktat dom utan framgång. ALDRIG IGEN! Rekommenderar absolut inte denna till någon alls

Its really goood
The logistics and delivery speed is very slow, and deliveries are frequently delayed. Contacting customer service to report the problem has not resulted in a quick and proper resolution. After the goods were lost, neither a replacement nor a refund was issued, and multiple attempts to communicate yielded no results. Despite trying my best to remain calm and patient throughout the process, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
