Easy to use, great concept, however very poor customer service and issue resolution. Only 2 orders, and not one processed properly through their autoservice. Customer service took days to resolve and was barely ever available to solve real issues I had. If I had a high volume of orders I don't know what I would do! They are killed my shipping times with all the delays and I've already refunded ...

Uninstalled this horrid piece of software, it could not work out if things were in stock or not on Banggood UK. After spending far too long proving to support that it was their issue and not mine, I gave up and spent more time looking for an alternative, I've found it, moved to it and it just works. AutoDS might work for more basic stores but for me it was a waste of time, ...
