The customer service was prompt and took an interest in helping me to address my concerns. My experience so far with this aspect has been great!
The app itself is not user friendly and it appears that there are some additional costs to provide functions I thought were included in the plan pricing subscription. The add-ons for such functions drive up the cost of this service when compared to its competitors.

I have to change my review because Dorina from AutoDS has successfully made me a happy customer by fixing all the issues that I was facing. She become now a direct point of contact.
I am really happy with the resolution and I thank Dorina for her prompt support of my solutions and for converting me from an unhappy customer to a happy customer.
I will suggest that they should improve the customer chat timing. That will help more customers and less unhappy customers.
