Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

This app is so easy to use, and even helps by giving trending products. I can import products easily and it even takes cares of the orders for me. I had a slight problem, contacted customer service, and it got took care in a matter of minutes, and very simply!

Absolutely terrible service. Please stay far away from this platform. We are switching to Zendrop because we've heard much better things. Here are the problems we've encountered:

1. Our store has disconnected from the platform multiple times. Customer Service was super unhelpful.
2. Orders supposedly automatically placed by AutoDS, however, it kept having errors, and we received 0 notification about it. Customers placed orders and the AutoDS system failed to fulfil those orders despite us adding a $500 managed balance. For some odd reason we had 0 auto order credits. Which makes zero sense. What's the point of adding a $500 managed balance when that results in 0 auto order credits? I don't understand.
3. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY NEVER OFFER SOLUTIONS. THEY'VE NEVER ONCE SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS OF OURS.

Stay far away from this platform. How it has a 4.9 star overall rating is beyond me.

It's incredibly easy to use and makes Dropshipping feel like an actually automated process. The way it integrates products and actions into Shopify is seemless and completely straightforward.

On top of that the customer support is extremely useful, with live people answering in less than 5 minutes and staying on the line as long as needed. Last time I spoke with Carlos and he was a total star: kind, thorough, helpful and ready to open an investigation ticket when matters were unclear. I am sure my question will be resolved in no time.

I strongly suggest this platform and will continue using it myself!

It simplifies finding suppliers and sourcing products far better than other options out there. Plus, their customer service is outstanding—responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their dropshipping business!

I would recommend this app for dropshippers. Customer Support is fast and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I've had some technical issues.

I love autods. They make the everything easy from packaging to delivery to inventory. They also provide easy access to winning products which is very beneficial especially for us beginners in the ecommerce industry.
