Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

At first, AutoDS was a bit confusing to me. I was trying to figure out how to link stores and I encountered numerous glitches there is no phone number to reach or a chat that I can instantly ask questions so that was a bit challenging to be honest. Thankfully, Dorina from Quality Control contacted me personally and helped me through the process. I appreciate her assistance. She made a big diffence in my experience with AutoDS. I think AutoDS is a really good platform but you must know you have to spend some time learning how to use it propertly. Due to Dorinas assistance I was able to change my rating to this app as I believe is a great tool to use with Shopify.

So user-friendly, so easy to add products!

I enjoy how much I can edit products, such as their name or photo, that is key to getting a customer to feel like buying something, when the product has a great brand behind it.

Newest review update: I uninstalled app in June and just discovered that AutoDS billed my Shopify acct for an additional month!! I am requesting that I get reimbursed for that monthly fee. Stayed tuned - I will update this review when problem is resolved.

Updated review: Still happy with AUTODS! Have used this app for a few months and very happy with the quick responses and product processing.

Original review: Just loaded and finished the setup and reviewing options and some of the videos. So far very impressed!! I think I am going to be very happy with this product.

easy finding moving products.

First day but way cleaner and more simple that other dropship plugins.

Good. I want thank you Lorain at AutoDS for supporting my first order.
I began Shopify months ago. As a newbie. Everything is quite new to me. After all, I had my first order, I felt a bit nervous about processing, and then Lorain explained for me about order fulfillment process (automatically).
There were some issues about billing scheme, but the support team: Rebeca, Jamaica, Johannes, Ivy helped me with acceptable solutions... They are useful. Thanks for being with my business. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I am updating my review to recognize the tremendous assistance provided by Dorina.

After several other reps continued to simply cut and paste formatted responses without taking any time to actually read to understand the issues or provide proper assistance, Dorina intervened and reached out to assist me directly.

It was evident from the start that Dorina actually took the time to read through the various messages in order to gain an understanding of the issues, to formulate a meaningful response, and sought to provide a resolution.

Dorina was very helpful, courteous, and did well to investigate the various issues with a couple of suppliers and found some workarounds that could be beneficial going forward.
