Alright, so I was having a bit of confusion about my product’s packaging and having my brand logo on the packages and the sourcing of the products and I communicated with an agent named Carlos via the live chat and he was of extreme help, I was really relieved after the conversation as I am fully informed now of how my products would look like.

I just started using Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD, and so far, I’m really impressed! The setup was smooth and user-friendly, making it easy to integrate the app with my store. Amazing support and a major bug caused terrible weeks for our shop because the inventory management wasn’t working at all. In the end, it turned out to be a bug caused by Shopify, but the amazing support team managed to fix it.
