My Agent was very helpful in checking an order that seemed to be stuck. She helped me get a screenshot with all the info, reviewed it and then gave me info on how to fix the problem. She was very helpful!

Listen. If you're serious about ecom, find a private supplier. These people over charge on everything. They cant bundle orders so you'll be charged 2x shipping for 1 customer that ordered 2 items. They're constantly changing their prices and shipping takes forever. I was using them for testing so I don't waste my suppliers time but I cannot with this company. FIND A GOOD SUPPLIER! YOUR MARGINS WILL THANK YOU

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dorina, a wonderful quality control manager. Dorina helped with with all my problems. Dorina refunded me on shipping and even gave me a month free. AutoDS is working on their platform to make it better and reviews like mine help them see what needs to be fixed. I may have been a little harsh but Dorina has helped me!

I would definitely recommend AutoDS to people. Products are great.

What I do suggest is getting a bit more personal with your customers. Offer something that you can schedule calls or actual 1 on 1 mentorship. The LIVE mentorship program I wouldn't recommend because it takes a while to get an answer, and sometimes they aren't helpful. As well as there isn't a personal touch added into it for example I want to feel like you actually care to help me as a person succeed rather than just doing it because it's a job.

Otherwise AutoDS is amazing! Customer care is top notch and with customer care I definitely feel that personal touch and "care".

I think my experience has been pretty good so far, I'm just having trouble figuring out if I'm fulfilling my orders correctly. If someone buys the product on my website I want to make sure it will actually work and be shipped to them.

As this is my first time using this app, I find it very user-friendly and straightforward. I love auto ds for they make the everything easy from packaging to delivery to inventory. They also provide easy access to winning products which is very beneficial especially for us beginners in the ecommerce industry. Keep it up Auto DS. Looking forward for more updates.
