AutoDS is a great source to curate items for your shop. Customer service is excellent and setup / user experience of platform is intuitive. From in depth tutorials, to a wide variety of products, this is a one stop shop if you know what you are doing.. ;-)

The user support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you have to 1) first go through and A.I that can repeatedly take you round in circles. 2) A poorly designed and clumsy defined screen. If you create a list of products and need to check price comparisons against other sellers, you have to go back to the beginning and search for the products by name. 3) The guides videos and the affiliate partners are so eager to make money off of you to sign-up that many promise the moon and when you start the journey you are stuck with multiple issue e.g. 10-20 products to be automatically connected to your shop but on two and one no longer in supply and you have to gradually dig your way out of each issue which can take weeks or months as in my case. Think twice before you start and do loads of personal research before paying for service offered on the the platform. The platform also seems to share your sight info to people that randomly email you offering services you never requested. I am Ultra-disappointed. .

AutoDS has been a great tool for managing my dropshipping business. The platform is easy to use, helps automate order fulfillment, and saves a lot of time. Their product importing and tracking features work well, and customer support has been responsive whenever assistance was needed. Overall, a reliable solution for anyone looking to streamline their e-commerce operations.

Automatically charged me a full year subscription for an account I can't even access. Trying to get support to resolve this and the AI is stating I opened an account 6 years ago when it was in fact last year. Very poor customer service and I am still trying to get my money back.

AutoDS linked videos for setup of products, linking of business, to the editing of ones' potential products definitely leaves you confident to access and operate with no real support. Great set up for all business owners of all levels.

This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.
