Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

We’ve been using AutoDS, with some appreciation to it, but once we came across some issues, what we were grateful the most is for Dorian. When it came to truly addressing these issues and getting true Customer Support, Dorina saved the day.
Thanks to her coming in the picture to help address every issue and concern we had , we decided to stick with AutoDS and now with real appreciation to it.

AutoDS has been a game-changer for my store. The platform is easy to use, updates products automatically, and saves me hours every single day. Easy to import from known suppliers. I imported mostly from Amazon because I was most familiar with them. I had a little trouble at first with products showing up as sold out, but that was fixed quickly. Also had some trouble with autoDS requiring permissions, but support service helped me with that. Support has been excellent.

I do not recommend this app. The customer service is outdated, unresponsive, and extremely slow to resolve issues. I had around 9 orders and made multiple complaints, but nothing was properly handled — TikTok had to step in and cancel the orders themselves.

AutoDS has also been charging my account without consent and deducting money repeatedly even after I cancelled services. I opened a refund ticket, but after weeks, no refund has been issued. I paid for their app and subscriptions, yet received no real support or value in return.

This has been a disappointing and stressful experience. I rate their customer service 1/10 and strongly advise anyone starting or scaling a business not to invest in this app until they improve their support and refund process.

I found Auto DS to be a really helpful tool for automating my dropshipping process it's pretty straight forward to connect with Shopify and it saves a lot of time on product importing and updates overall a great app for streamlining my store management.

Auto DS was a life saver very user friendly I would recommend this platform to all just starting out and don't have a lot of time in your day for all the heavy lifting this platform shaves hours off your day. I greatly appreciate having this extra help maintaining.
