Most honest review right here: Most horrific experience with this app. We installed this app, it automatically uploaded our custom "unlinked" products under the products page without authorization. Only way to remove reference to our Shopify product listings is to select those products under the products page while doing so it permanently deleted all of our products and caused us a massive amount of product and product data loss even though none of our products were actually linked and uploaded to AutoDS. Confirmation came up that said "do you want to delete these products" didn't say anything about permanently removing our listings from our store! While talking with the support they were not able to resolve this issue and not able to restore the data that their system deleted. Avoid AutoDS at all costs!

My experience with their services has been incredibly frustrating. First of all, their automation service, which they advertise as included, is actually an expensive 'add-on' that you have to pay for separately. What's even more infuriating is that even after paying for this service, it never functioned properly. I had to contact their support team numerous times due to recurring errors on their end. In the end, the automated service proved useless, forcing me to manage everything manually.

One of the most aggravating incidents involved items that AutoDS marked as 'shipped,' but they never reached my customers. Shockingly, I only discovered this when I proactively sought tracking information and was told that the product had gone out of stock on the supplier's website. AutoDS failed to notify me of this issue, which is the least one can expect from such a service!

As a result, they couldn't fulfill my customers' orders, leading to sudden cancellations, refunds, and financial losses on my part.

To compound the frustration, their online chat support is consistently unavailable. When you face an urgent issue, your only recourse is to open a 'ticket' and wait for a response, which can be excessively time-consuming and inconvenient.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using AutoDS. Their services are unreliable, their pricing is deceptive, and their customer support is sorely lacking. There are far better alternatives available for your automation needs!

Whoever made this was, I believe during that time he was on some sort of drug. There is nothing working on this app except taking credit out of account. When you wanna do simple thing, it requires credit and it works just fine, but when you want to use the app, nothing works, Item won't push, or there is not even option to upload product photos in bulk. This shows that whoever made this app clearly does not have any idea about eCommerce, or how these things work. Same goes to the owner, that has no idea how these things work, probably hired someone and said just do that do this and this.

Do not waste your time with this app, my 30 mins is gone, save yours.

We tried AutoDS for a few weeks and were very disappointed. The app doesn't work. The product prices in the shop have changed at times, e.g. B. from $400 to $8000!! We couldn't be told why it happened. Can't imagine when that happens in a shop that contains thousands of items. Some of the variants were not imported. Some variants did not import variant images. Products were showing as "sold out" in the shop even though they were plentiful on the source side (Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon). Customer service was always friendly and helpful but was only able to fix the errors at times. After a while, the same errors appeared again. The app seems to have been on the market for a long time but has as many bugs as if it was launched just yesterday. It is also very questionable whether the images that are imported using this app are not copyrighted. I asked for a refund and got a standard letter why a refund is not possible despite all the problems I had. I can only advise anyone who really wants to build a serious business to look around for an alternative, as this app is a real troublemaker.

Auto DS will charge for a whole year after 14 day trial without any reminders. i was trying the app in this trial time .. i didn't like it at all .. most of the people saying its good am not sure how? no details but most of the items found here are already available at cheaper price in Amazon or eBay with 1 day shipping time and even 1-2$ cheaper .. am not sure how profitable this is .. you still need to pay them 40$ a month .. with so many other things that I didn't like ... don't waste your money and time here ... also customer service is VERY BAD

SCAM APP! BE CAREFUL

I was charged £294.57 after using their 14-day trail just to explore their app. I've never used it and even if I did continue with the app (which I didn't) I should have only been charged for the membership which is meant to be $39!!!!!

Update 25/07/23: I was going to remove this review as my issue got resolved however, the owner emailed me threatening me with legal action due to leaving a review about my experience and receiving a refund from Shopify. Shocking. I hate doing these types of reviews but the way he has treated me warrants me to tell everyone.

Update: they emailed me to ask how they could make me happy. They offered to refund me. I accepted and agreed to take down this review, just as a courtesy on my part. Yuval was so thankful because she said it impacts her job performance. Then she proceeded to email me EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. begging me to do it. I told her she could expect it in 7-10 business days, the same time they gave for my refund to show up. She would not stop harassing me even though I asked her to stop and assured her I would take down the review. Bear in mind I was not obligated to do this, I was still only doing this as a courtesy since they offered me a refund. While I did receive my refund, I also received an email today in which they allege they will be suing me for defamation! That's it. That's the last straw. If she had just kept her mouth shut and left me alone and stopped harassing and threatening me, this review would be gone by now. But dear reader, I think it's important that I keep it up for you so you can read the full truth. This company behaves so bizarrely and harassing you via email seems to be a normal thing for them, from rep to rep. (Ignore their reply to me -- this occurrence clearly IS indicative of how things are run there.) I'd run, don't walk.

I needed to cancel and couldn't even access my dashboard on this app. I'm still technically subscribed but it keeps prompting me to subscribe. I am unable to cancel my account and if I were still using it and coming to manage my account, I would also be unable to do so. This makes it a worthless money-suck. Your products and inventory would just be sitting there helpless while they continuously ask you to subscribe again. I did message customer service about cancelling and they continued trying to funnel and upsell me 3 times. It was clear they were not listening because each time I explained my situation and they didn't respond to that at all, just the form letter upsell techniques. This whole experience makes me feel a bit scammy about them.

Having now endured 1.5 arduous years in partnership with AutoDS, I feel obligated to share my disastrous experience to prevent others from falling into the same abyss.

In spite of the audacious promises, their software is in fact glaringly dysfunctional. It has consistently failed to monitor stock or price changes from supplier websites. Time and again, my store has indicated items being out of stock when, in reality, they are readily available on the supplier's site.

Each occurrence has been an uphill battle, taking over a month to rectify only for the same issue to resurface within a few months. These recurring bugs have shackled my business, preventing me from conducting marketing activities and stifering growth. I have been unable to turn a profit due to AutoDS' blunders.

It's important to note that this software isn't a minor investment - it costs nearly $100/month, excluding the additional costs of running a business. Regrettably, they offer no refunds, only credits towards more use of their defective system.

Their customer service is equally disheartening. Executives turn a deaf ear to user inquiries, responding only when a negative review threatens their facade. Even then, it's merely a plea for the review's removal rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

With no other viable options and a business bled dry, I am forced to close the doors of my E-commerce venture, Clever Casita. It is with a heavy heart and an empty pocket that I bid farewell, all thanks to the abysmal experience with AutoDS.

If there's anything to take away from my experience, it's this: Do NOT entrust your hard-earned money or your business dreams to AutoDS. You'd be better off throwing your money into a wishing well and hoping for a miracle. The software's perennial errors and inadequate support make it an absolute liability, rather than an asset for your business. A thorough disappointment, AutoDS, and a monumental letdown for all who believed in you.

This is the worst tool for dropshipping. They market themselves as a tool that speeds up order processing, but in reality, it only extends the processing time. Orders are processed in 7-9 days instead of the promised 24-48 hours, thereby increasing your customers' dissatisfaction. I do not recommend anyone to use it. I switched to another application and am very satisfied because orders are now processed within 1-2 hours. They do not refund orders that customers canceled due to the long wait, and in the end, they place new orders the next day, causing you to incur losses.
