Had a huge issue regarding the local delivery company in my country not receiving the customers contact info, and even though a resolution has not been found yet, Dorina is actively working on it and giving me updates.
I feel like AutoDS is taking my problem seriously and I appreciate that!
Hopefuly a solution can be found aswell, as the delivery company needs my customers contact info in order to message them the pickup point of delivery.
Once/if a solution has been found this would naturally change to a 5 star!

I want to share my very fresh experience with AutoDS, I had created an account linked to Shopify to start experiencing its options for managing an online shop, it wasn't bad, but somehow slow, I trust the team will enhance it and bring more new features very soon, at the end, the product is very interesting. Most important part is that, I used to profit from what called "trial 0.99USD" session, but frankly speaking, the period of this test was not clearly and explicitly explained, after 14 days, I was surprised with a sudden payment of 39.9USD followed by another ~130USD, I immediately went in and cancelled my subscriptions but I was afterwards unable to login anymore to understand exactly what is happening, so I communicated a support ticket by Email and on a dedicated quality service link to explain the situation, understand these payments nature and inquire for a refund, surprisingly, I had been contacted and immediately refunded with a lovely and very fast support communication (thank you so much Dorina for you honest support), the support was treated fairly and as said was refunded till the last paid cent, I really appreciate it. So I assign 5 stars for the customer/quality support, but 4 stars for the AutoDS technical quality which will be without any doubt enhanced. Thank you so much
