worst experience ever with this platform. picking up random orders from 2025 and not syncing with new orders from 2026. picking up wrong buy prices and explaining it will be updated from draft to imported folder (products) $32 was $532 buy price! variants not splitting according to settings. bulk changes come back with error and not processed (redo, recheck, redo, recheck) when there was "no error" basically had to check and recheck work is time consuming and not being productive. Too many tech issues and still not resolved after 3 months. Just keep receiving emails from CS acknowledging raised concerns only to be told it is being reviewed =3months. no resolutions. asked to speak to a manager to handle the issues raised.
NO MANAGER SENT ME AN EMAIL.
PERSISTANT ISSUES AND I HAVE OVER 10+ (too much to list)
If I had only 2 I understand. I was constantly on CS asking why the simplest task on their platform is not correct. It's not rocket science.

I’ve been using AutoDS since 2024 and my experience has been great. The customer service is responsive and has helped me solve issues quickly whenever I needed support. Overall, it’s been a reliable platform and has made managing my store much easier.

Cannot get orders to ship. Still awaiting fulfillment on Christmas orders from last year.

The management never provide notice of payment due and when the payment is automatically withdrawn you will never be refunded the cash. Don't engage unless you are prepared to experience negligence personified.

I’ve been using AutoDS for a while, and it’s honestly made running my drop shipping store a lot less stressful. It takes care of so many tedious tasks automatically, and it’s really easy to use. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to anyone looking to save time and stay organised.

Non posso dire nulla di negativo perche credo che non sia facile gestire tutto da queste infernali macchine dalle quali dipendiamo. Detto questo ho ricevuto in questi giorni molte informazioni contrastanti su cosa e meglio o peggio fare, alcune persone erano molto comunicative alcune no, credo per la differenza linguistica di espressione. Cerco sempre di dare supporto a tutti ma sinceramente dico che e la prima volta in vita mia che per costruire uno store e capirci qualcosa ci ho messo 120 ore e non sto ancora pubblicando il mio primo shop online con shopify. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING! This app takes money out of you! Worst customer service. $200+ subscription equals 2 star overall service. There are other better apps than AutoDS do your research. Also if you request for subscription refund, don’t expect a refund at all because they love to take all your money. They don’t care about their policies, they just let you keep going in circles. WORST APP!!

I feel sorry for anyone going to use this. I had to deal with 10+ team members, two managers for more than 10 days. Yet, there is no use and finally I had to hold onto my business which was planned with AutoDS as service provider - completely unreliable.

this is the wrost app that i experienced in my life because without choosing any plan you have a big due amount to pay only just installing the app

Complete, her har du det aller meste på en og samme platform, alle vektøy her sammen med Shopify og funksjonene der gjør at du slipper mange ulike apper, du sparer både tid og penger. Flott kundeservice så ikke annet en kunn flotte opplevelser og muligheter som er langt fremme og fortsetter utviklingen som er fremtidsrettet. Anbefaler virkelig å ta en ordentlig gjennomgang av hva du får og mulighetene som er!
