They took out $423 randomly which I caught immediately and emailed them right away. What little products I did find that fit my niche aren't worth the price they charge at all. I have reached out to them several times with Shopify support help for a shipping questions and it took days to have one simple question answered which, to me, tells me that this issue will not resolved anytime soon either, if at all! I do not have a single item of theirs pushed to my store. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money returned immediately!

This is a very good app to have as a dropshipper on shopify store because it literally help you find winning product and import it to your shopify store that easy. AutoDS can keep track of your order and how many you sell as well as connect you to other suppliers that you need for your store.

EDIT: After getting charged for not using the app I spoke with customer services. It was the best customer support I've ever received anywhere PERIOD! Dorina was such a blessing, from start to finish she helped me through every step of the process. She was able to help get me my refund and checked in with me, really made me feel like I was a person and not just another customer. More service representatives could learn a thing a or two from Dorina, as she was the gold standard for customer relations. What could have been a very bad experience was turned into a painless and easy conversation, I cannot sign her praises high enough.

There was a little bit of confusion with being charged after my free trial; however, I was helped through the live chat box, and I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner! I will say that I would've preferred to talk with someone on the phone, but the chat box worked fine!

Had some errors for me to use it but the follow up service is great. I love the bulk importing function cause we have a big amazon store and we need to import lots of items. if we have to open each link to copy the product that would be a huge work to do.

After having just signed up, I am finding this app/service the BEST I have seen for Shopify dropshipping. The user interface is excellent and the supplier/product selection is the best I have found. This is the way to go for supplier/dropship automation!

vom AutoDS Customer Service. Ich würde mich natürlich noch mehr freuen, wenn in Zukunft noch mehr .de Lieferanten dazu kommen würden und die großen Verkaufsplattformen wie ebay.de, amazon.de auch in dem Service Fulfilled by AutoDS abgewickelt werden könnte, das würde die Arbeit noch mehr versüßen und erleichtern.
