This was my first time using this app. I have used Oberlo, Sell the Trend and Dropified in the past. A little confusing at first but the support from Jiselle via their chat and ticketing system quickly solved my issues. It takes a little getting used to at first and it takes a little time for the auto orders to actually place the orders once you have the buyer account setup correctly, but I wasn't waiting long enough for the orders to process and thought there was something wrong with the app. I setup the buyer account and forwarded the email to make for the tracking numbers to easily be added from Amazon, but I was getting frustrated and deleted/archived some of my orders on Shopify so I was actually messing up the automation process. Lesson learned. Some takeaways - a) you are going to pay for the monthly service for the app IT IS WORTH IT for the support alone - b) don't really like that there is an $8 fee for auto orders and then you have to buy credits for auto ordering as well but it ends up being pretty cheap per order once you get going. - c) you have to set the profit margins a little higher than the default settings in order to actually make a profit once you advertise, pay for shopify and this app and costs - d) TEST IT - add products to your store first and test the order process before unleashing this onto your live clients. I actually deleted this app as I was frustrated. It then asked me to extend my Trial from 7 days to 23 (great retention method) but cancelled anyway. I knew this was a good app and I just wasn't getting it so read through the docs and watch the videos and don't be impatient like I was.
Its been a bit challenging but customer service has been timely and available Shalauddin has been a great help!
