need app removed, keep getting billed and never used it

First thing—if you want to use their automation tools, it costs extra on a monthly basis. If you use research or hand-pick products, it will require additional purchases. And yes, just a cherry on top: to automate orders, you must buy some credit from them! As for their " suppliers," ... you will purchase from regular online stores like Walmart, HomeDeport, Amazon, etc. I'm just saying that these are not wholesale suppliers! You will get a better deal just going to their stores and using something like Walmart/HomeDeport CC or other promotions or coupons.
Also, I canceled my membership with them, and instead of receiving a confirmation email about my cancellation, I got an email from AutoDS saying that they created a new account for me with my email and a new password without my permission! Not cool, AutoDS!
P.S. I almost forgot that if you have any problems, let's just say that you want to cancel a subscription with them. You are all the way in the back of the waiting line, and if you want your problem resolved quickly, guess what you need to do? If Your guess was that you need to pay EXTRA... you are right! :)

I am giving this platform a 1-star rating due to the extremely poor support and overall disappointing experience. First, the support team is the worst I have ever encountered. They don’t thoroughly read the questions and only respond to what they deem necessary, often ignoring key issues. I had to repeat the same question in 4-5 emails before finally getting an answer.
Additionally, the platform offers the assistance of an AutoDS mentor, but my mentor did not respond for 3 or 4 days. I had to reach out again myself to get a response.
Moreover, the AutoDS platform lacks essential information regarding suppliers, such as where the listed products can be shipped. They claim to merely facilitate services, but on multiple occasions, I encountered products listed on the platform that I couldn’t sell because the supplier's link was broken, and I had no way of knowing if the product could be sold in the European market.
Overall, the support is unresponsive, the mentor service is unreliable, and the platform lacks critical information for sellers. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I tried this app for 6 months and with autods, its not possible due to below resons-
1). 80% of my orders were not fulfilled. They deduct money and never ship, we have to go back to them to request for refund.
2). They have suppliers like TIKTOK, Walmart, Amazon where they route the orders. If I have to order from Walmart or amazon, I will not like to sell the product since customer can buy from walmart, amazon directly and to get profit, its important to sell on higher price than walmart/amazon.
3). We had to manually order from walmart and due to syncing of orders, autods always claim that they ship it and do not refund. We had to struggle to get the refund.
4). Did not work for us and we have cancelled it.

honestly the app is not at all usr friendly, feels very scammy with price and shipping fee, product price are too expensive, much better app than this is available, highly not recomending using this app, dont waste time trying, big NO

I used to have service with them, and there are bad services they offer. Be careful who you do business with because they will take your money. They should also offer you a free service to even start as a beginner.

I am in my free trial period and they charged me 358.80 USD, I don't understand why, I feel disappointed, I had great expectations of this application.

I was misled by a youtube "guru" to believe that this would be a free, 30 day trial. This was a lie. You will be charged 1.00 despite "free 14 day trial" being clearly visible in the pricing section above.
Despite paying for the higher cost option, I do not have access to the ad spy tool that is widely promoted by youtube gurus, who fail to mention that there is an additional charge of $15.00 if you want access to the ad spy. This would be on top of the $40.00 I am paying for what DSERS offers for only $20.00. Overall very scammy and all about upselling you, despite how costly this can be for small business owners.

Absolutely appalling service from Rizza Jean from Auto DS. Tried convincing me to upgrade to a plan to use their AI store generator, speaking nicely and all smiley faces. Then i upgraded my plan and they give me a US version of the entire shopify store setting. Unable to change back to Australian setting and can't add my bank details. Bought this up to them and they said nah sorry can't help you not our department.
Absolutely not a care on their part and the nice talk and smiley faces were gone.
