I am experiencing a lot of issues with AUTO DS, but at least i am grateful that they provide an expectational support team. Sofia helped me out today with billing issues and price monitoring issues. I will be monitoring the progress of the price monitoring for my items

I like how Auto DS makes it easy to search for products to sell, study product data compiled by Auto DS to see which products would be a good fit for your store and finally, upload the products to your online store. All of this is done in place.

once you get the correct plan its on... once you figure how to dropship in general with their videos its over... this app has really surpass expectations you just have to keep looking for the answer... i have live customer service on my plan and honestly theres nothing better than a 24/7 hour open line for you to ask and request help... its insane plus they thought about everything trust me when i say it.. just learn if youre lost is cs you arent asking the right questions cs they will help and fast thank again to Luther who was the last one out of like 7 team meembers that have helped me

UPDATE: My complaint/issue was resolved by Dorina with AutoDS. She apologized for everything that happened. She made sure to delete my account and address any other concerns. She also issued me a full refund of all charges and assured me that my card would not be charged again.
I cancelled account after a day or so on free trail. Even after that they continued to try and charge me. i reached out to them several times and they even responded but still apparently are adamant about taking my money because i asked them each time we talked to cancel my account and they finally got money off today. The responses i get are to ask me to continue at a discounted rate at which time i continue to tell them no and to cancel/delete my account all together. I have reached out to report them. I have all email threads and have even sent them to support as aback up and they still charged my card.
Update: since I left this review. (this is the only way ive gotten a response) Soffia responded and said that they finally deleted my account but said nothing about refunding the money they took off of my card after all the times ive requested to cancel the account. REFUND me the money that was taken off of my card after the account had already supposed to be cancelled weeks ago and are unauthorized.

I’ve been using AutoDS Marketplace for a while now, and it’s been a real time-saver. Sourcing products is quick and easy, and I love the seamless integration with Shopify and eBay. The pricing automation keeps my listings competitive without extra effort, and the product research tools help me pick the best items for my store.
Customer support is responsive, and the platform is user-friendly. My only suggestions are to add more supplier options and advanced filters for product categories to make it even easier to find specific products.
Overall, AutoDS Marketplace has made running my store a lot easier, and I’m excited to see future updates.
