great and workable app ever.for begginer dropshipping it is very usefull for me .Thanks AUTODS being with meOnly way to remove reference to our Shopify product listings is to select those products under the products page while doing so it permanently deleted all of our products and caused us a massive amount of product and product data loss even though none of our products were actually linked and uploaded to AutoDS. Confirmation came up that said "Do you want to delete these products" didn't say anything about permanently removing our listings from our store! While talking with the support they were not able to resolve this issue and not able to restore the data that their system deleted. I tried out the system during the trial period. It appeared to work well but the problem is trying to cancel. Removing the subscription in AutoDS does not resolve them not charging your account. Even if I needed to use them again, I would not due to the run around I am getting trying to just get a refund as they automatically charged us even though we don't have a subscription with them. It is very frustrating.

After posting this review, they reached out to actively resolve this issue. They have promised to refund the payment and once I do get that, I will post an updated review.

The refund posted to my credit card. I am appreciative that it was refunded. I think that they do operate a disappointing customer service experience which maintains that a customer must post a bad review to get someone to actually listen to the issue. This is reactive and sad. I would be skeptical of their work as this was a very aggressive situation where every day they were pushing for me to change my review but the refund I had to trust would be done. This felt like trying to buy my review change. I explained why I did not want to use the system, and they continue to ask if I want another trial. It is overall a bad customer experience that is a systemic issue, not an engagement one.

** Update: after my review I received an email from the company offering me a refund. I received a full refund from them which I truly appreciate. However i still stand with not using this company, they are very helpful and understanding.**
I just canceled my account because of the insane amount of fees they charge for everything. To load money onto the account you have to pay up to 5% fees, then you only have the option to load 50, 100,200,300, or 1000. You cant add a specific amount, if you have orders that add up to $64 you have to add 100 and if you have other dropshipping companies and want to transfer your money back over you have to pay a 10% fee. You lose money with this company, also if you decide to change your plan in the middle of the month then change it again you get charged for all three changes then if you decide to downgrade you have to pay for all of those as well. Also the site is so glitchy and sometimes you wont see your orders until your customers complain. I had to refund 2 orders because of this! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I've had a bit of a rough time with AutoDS but overall feel as though they could be a great place for someone to start and scale their business. The team got back to me relatively quickly (within 24hrs usually) and provided decent support when i submitted tickets. There are some currency conversion/integration issues that need to be managed (sale price showing as $19.99 USD in AutoDS shows as $19.99 AUD on Shopify instead of converting)and the product research can be difficult sometimes. Definitely more beneficial to be using this when in the US opposed to Australia like me.

I would give the system a 5/5 as it it great, however I do not like that the system does not cater for other currencies, I am a Shopify South African store, sourcing products from amazon US and when my products upload on to my Shopify website which is in my local currency of ZAR, the prices from auto ds do not do a currency exchange and two make it worse you can not manually override their system to add everything in your own currency.. please do cater to other currencies, as you are a growing company and you have other clients outside of Europe and America who use your app. The customer service is really good though..

I haven't had much opportunity to use it in actually dropshipping because the steps you have to take to get to that point forces you to write a review. I was trying to move products from a store I had made before downloading and the beginner guide buttons were getting in the way. It's very in your face, not that I think that was on purpose it's just you can't move it out of the way. You can still upload other products without dealing with the widget.

At the beginning of my experience I was not very happy with having used "auto DS". But I can totally say the opposite today and that is that I am very happy to have met Dorina via Zoom. A very professional and calm Auto DS manager to best manage the options of your venue. I can only say thanks to Dorina, who helped me step by step in understanding what I needed. She was very kind, also suggesting how to progress and what solutions I could adopt. She offered me a discount for the month, so I feel obligated to leave her a great review.

It's been pretty easy to use and navigate through. There are some bugs, at least on my end. Certain things don't transfer over to shopify and I have to edit them again.
