The service was swift and beneficial. The advisor conducted herself professionally and clarified my needs. She offered support for any additional requirements beyond my initial inquiry. This being my first experience, I intend to keep using the chat support. My thanks to Angelica.
It was very difficult to get a hold of chat support as AutoDS continues to grow. They have to handle an ever growing workload so they close the chat during peak times.
Once I was able to get in contact (late in the evening, 1:30a ET), I was kindly assisted by Shalauddin from Bangladesh. He was thorough with his guidance & extremely attentive to make sure all my questions were answered.
AutoDS, please don't forget your users and focus on the user experience long term as much as your agency guru influencer marketing affiliate initiatives. Thank you.

Great app and easy to use
Great prices, shipping times and variety of products
only 2 things that I didn't like is that the prices on imported products and on the market sometimes differ, and that you need to put specific amount of $ inside the app instead of being able to fulfill the orders on their specific amount.

easy to use and customise products to suit my store, syncs everything with shopify. however i wish i could change variant names, some of my supplier's variant names has typos

I’ve just started using Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD for a while now, and it has been a great tool for automating my dropshipping business. The integration with my store was smooth, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage my products.
One of the standout features is the automated order fulfillment, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. The app also provides a wide range of products to choose from, and the inventory management tools are reliable.
However, I did encounter a few minor issues with customer support response times, which could be improved. Additionally, while the app offers a lot of features, some of them come with a steep learning curve, especially for beginners.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Auto DS to other dropshippers looking to streamline their operations. It’s a solid platform with room for improvement, but it delivers on its core promises.
