My Experience with AutoDS:
I signed up for AutoDS expecting automated dropshipping fulfillment. Instead, I experienced complete platform failure on my very first order.
What Went Wrong:
Customer placed order on February 12, 2026
AutoDS accepted fulfillment request at 3:00 PM
For 4 days, absolutely nothing happened—no automation, no processing, no alerts
I had to contact support multiple times to find out why the order wasn't being fulfilled
Was told to deposit funds into my AutoDS wallet ($52.63) to process the order
Even after depositing funds, AutoDS still did not process the order automatically
Support finally instructed me to manually go to Walmart.com, purchase the product myself, enter shipping details, get tracking, and update the order manually in AutoDS
This is not automation. This is me doing all the work while paying AutoDS for nothing.
The Result:
I had to refund my customer after 4 days of delays
Canceled my AutoDS account immediately
Filed disputes with PayPal to recover my $52.63
Removed all AutoDS products from my store
Bottom Line:
If you're looking for automated dropshipping, AutoDS is not the solution. Their automation failed completely on my first order, support was unhelpful, and I was told to manually fulfill orders myself—which defeats the entire purpose of using a dropshipping platform.
Save your time and money. Use a more reliable platform like DSers, Zendrop, or Spocket instead.
Would I recommend AutoDS? Absolutely not.

I’ve been using AutoDS for a while, and it’s honestly made running my drop shipping store a lot less stressful. It takes care of so many tedious tasks automatically, and it’s really easy to use. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to anyone looking to save time and stay organised.

I uninstalled this app over a month ago there still trying to charge me I think there’s a lot of apps on Shopify that do this Shopify needs to be held responsible for this since they are on there site this is not good business practice

I like auto DS a lot, but it is REALLY CONFUSING at first. especially if im a new person and trying to add products into my store, finding them is easy. but the amount of credits listed i'd really need to try and pay attention to. ESPECIALLY when you don't know what your doing and your just adding items in without a clear understanding of it. make it so that you can see your actual credits about how many products you can add in your store(make it visible) so a new person don't go and waste all their credits by deleting and adding products that could've made them make more money. overall this app is great, just a suggestion is all.
