AutoDS: AI Dropshipping & POD

Most honest review right here: Most horrific experience with this app. We installed this app, it automatically uploaded our custom "unlinked" products under the products page without authorization. Only way to remove reference to our Shopify product listings is to select those products under the products page while doing so it permanently deleted all of our products and caused us a massive amount of product and product data loss even though none of our products were actually linked and uploaded to AutoDS. Confirmation came up that said "do you want to delete these products" didn't say anything about permanently removing our listings from our store! While talking with the support they were not able to resolve this issue and not able to restore the data that their system deleted. In the process of a legal litigation regarding this issue with AutoDS

I love the automation. It is great. I didn't know a tool like this was available. It takes the headache away :)

I've had a number of issues with AutoDS along my journey, however the support from Yuval was greatly appreciated. The live chat reps try their best to help with "surface level" issues, but they do have a lot of room for improvement as they made quite a few mistakes with regard to troubleshooting. Fortunately Yuval was able to get on a call with me and straighten things out after a few days, which shows they are at least trying to do better.

The current system has a few restrictions which make it to where I can't fully use it for 70% of my supplier needs, but they are the still the only SAAS out there that connects to suppliers like eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. With that said, they would be much better off focusing on much needed dropshipping features than trying to expand to suppliers which most people just aren't going to use.
