I would definitely, continue to use Auto DS, They are reliable.. With a capital R.. I am not a computer techie , but there service has made my life so much better . solving a human issue like this is incredible . I would say they are great and if you left , you will come back lol

Linh, I thank you for taking the time to reading my emails and understanding my issue. When I upload my products using Auto DS, I am still seeing it "Out of Stock" on Shopify. I did as you recommended by deleting and "Resyncing" the product, but that is an inefficient process. When you looking at 10+products. I am glad I had the trial period, because I don't think that Auto DS is for me, that not saying it is not a great product, but it's not working for me.

The live customer support has to be one of the best out there. I had a quick, simple yet explanatory talk with Shalauddin one of the customer supports at AutoDs. Fixed my issues with billing and offered a refund for a plan that was wrongly chosen.
