I DO NOT RECOMMEND AutoDs. I signed up for the service after seeing so many great reviews , these people are not there to help you, they are helping themselves. A large sum of money was taken from my account without my consent and without notifying me. No email was sent, nothing! If you are interested in drop shipping DO NOT use AutoDs.

Unparalleled Internal Disorganization: A Cautionary Tale for Aspiring Dropshippers
After meticulously evaluating numerous dropshipping applications, I was initially captivated by autods.com's extensive feature set. However, my actual experience was a far cry from the promises they made, leaving me with a profound sense of disappointment and frustration.
A Promise of Comprehensive Support, Delivered with Delays and Neglect
Enticed by the allure of 24/7 online support, I eagerly signed up for autods.com, believing it would provide the comprehensive assistance I needed to accelerate my dropshipping journey. Unfortunately, this promise proved to be nothing more than an empty illusion. Response times were abysmal, stretching for days on end, despite the urgency of my requests.
A Ticketing System Designed for Failure
In an attempt to bypass the unresponsive support channels, I resorted to their ticketing system, hoping for a more efficient resolution. However, even this avenue proved futile. Tickets languished unanswered, leaving me stranded in a sea of frustration and unanswered questions.
A Free Trial Turned Nightmare
Even the free trial period, which should have been an opportunity to showcase their capabilities, turned into a disheartening experience. The mentorship add-on, which I had activated with high hopes, proved to be an utter disappointment. Mentors were unresponsive, their expertise seemingly nonexistent, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported.
A Recommendation to Steer Clear
Based on my firsthand experience, I strongly advise against considering autods.com unless you have an abundance of time to waste and a penchant for dealing with frustration. Their abysmal customer support, coupled with their failure to deliver on their promises, makes them a liability rather than an asset.

Terrible and horrible customer service. Two unauthorized automatic charges were processed after I deactivated my account. Upon realizing this, I immediately contacted Shopify for assistance. They redirected me to Autods since I couldn't access my account. Autods informed me of a '24-hour' contact policy after a charge, a detail not mentioned anywhere on policies. I strongly discourage using this service due to these issues.

I saw their marketing email, and while $39 a month might seem manageable if it helps solve my problems, it's turning into a nightmare. Their software requires a subscription to access, so when I saw the email offering a 30-day trial for $0.99, I clicked. However, after subscribing, I found that the 30 days had magically turned into 14. I won't elaborate further, but I implore your company not to send misleading marketing information.
Furthermore, upon exploring the features, I discovered that an additional $6 is required to unlock basic functionalities. This came as a surprise, as these should be included by default. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I was unable to find a cancel button on the subscription page. I then sent an email inquiry but have received no response as of today.

Autods has very bad customer service and is very confusing to use. I spent a ton of money with them and they will not fufill any of my orders... I plan to cancel this month. Very unhappy.

I've had more issue with AutoDs than I can count. I've been using it for a month now and the UI is just as confusing as when I started. Its just not user friendly at all. The orders are not updated correctly (products have been delivered to customers but have not updated on AutoDs), I have orders waiting up to 8 days until they are even shipped out! There's always errors popping up, random warnings, bugs, lags and terrible integration with Shopify. I feel disappointed that I cannot deliver good service to my customers. The team is never online so I have to submit a ticket and wait 24 hours for every SINGLE issue. Then their responses to my tickets are vague and unhelpful. They do not seem like they care about their users. Not to mention, I did previously leave a 4 star review before and one of the chat assistants went out of his way to convince me to change my mind and told me to leave a 5 star review instead! I'm really using AutoDs for the cheap sourcing price, but it is doing my head in, so I am moving over to ZenDrop even though it is more expensive. I really am sorry for saying all this, I wish I could say better.

The most BUGGY ui ever. No customer support at all.
Its 2024 and they don't even have a live chat.
But mainly I'm uninstalling this app cuz the UI and shopify integration is just so next level buggy and not smooth and it LEGIT drove me crazy.
Nothing in ecom frustrated me so much actually that i went ahead and wrote a review LOL
