Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

I’ve been using AutoDS for a while, and it’s honestly made running my drop shipping store a lot less stressful. It takes care of so many tedious tasks automatically, and it’s really easy to use. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to anyone looking to save time and stay organised.

To the AutoDS Billing Team,

Following my exchanges with your agents (Michael and Aggelos) regarding my subscription and managed balance, I am formally requesting a full refund and immediate cancellation of my subscription.

Despite a total credit of $215 (200$ recently recharged via Shopify + 15$ already present on my account), I am unable to use your service to process a simple $80 order. The imposed formula (Purchase Price + Profit + Maximum Loss) artificially blocks my funds and was never transparently communicated at the time of recharging.

According to your own Terms and Conditions, and despite restrictive clauses, I am requesting an exceptional and full refund for the following reasons:

1. Service Inaccessibility and Fund Blocking
The service is technically unusable. Blocking $145 for an $80 order is an abusive practice that prevents any merchant from operating on the platform and creates direct financial harm.

2. Lack of Information and Guidance (Branding and Automation)
Your support confirmed that to obtain neutral packaging, I must perform archaic manual searches, which contradicts the promise of automation in your Shopify application. Furthermore, no viable solution was offered to meet my professional branding needs.

3. Termination and Refund
I request:
- Full refund of my $200 credits, without applying the 15% management fee, since the inability to use these funds stems from a technical limitation of your interface and not from my choice.
- Refund of the monthly subscription charged today, as the service does not match the technical description.
- Refund of the $15 credit already present on my account.

This totals $215, to be refunded directly to the card used via Shopify.

WITHOUT RESOLUTION WITHIN 24 HOURS:
- SHOPIFY REPORT: I will immediately contact Shopify App Management support to report deceptive commercial practices and unjustified fund blocking.
- PUBLIC REVIEWS: I will publish the details of our exchanges and this situation on the Shopify App Store, Trustpilot, and specialized forums to warn other users.
- DISPUTE: Although your terms mention a waiver of "chargeback," the failure to provide service renders this clause void under consumer protection authorities.

I prefer to resolve this matter amicably and quickly. Please confirm the initiation of the $215 refund and the immediate cancellation of my subscription without additional fees.
