Awful Company, Auful app!

First, when an test order was placed, I discovered that I was charged for the product sold much more than what I could see in the app. Support is just decorative. I provided their support team with screenshots for proof. A month later, after a dozen of emails, and after my case is sent from one of their "experts" to the "other" and they are still checking on it with their developers, telling me that it might be a bug or something & that I have to wait and be patient and understanding.

Meanwhile, they can't even answer if the price I see in their admin is actually the price I buy. Still, they haven't even returned my money they used for a non existing order. STAY AWAY!!!

UPDATE: I want to update my previous review and say a big thank you to Dorina for stepping in and personally assisting me. She took the time to clarify the situation and provided a clear and fair solution.

While my initial experience was frustrating, I truly appreciate Dorina’s patience, professionalism, and the effort she made to make things right. Thanks to her, the issue is now resolved.

I love that I can copy a product URL into AutoDS, then tweak the description and images and copy it across to my Shopify store with one click.
And, when an order is placed, AutoDS takes care of the ordering with the supplier and provides a link to a tracking page so my customers can see where their item is.
