I would love to say only say good things but I have to be honest with the readers. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and it’s been 4days now… I have an order that was placed by a customer which had 3 products in that one order. 2 of those products has gotten ordered and is set the 3 how ever they are stating that it can’t be shipped to the address…
How can that be when all of the products are going to the same destination and 2 out of the 3 is already set and yet 1 product can’t be delivered….
It’s getting me upset just typing this because I want my customers to be satisfied and at the same time I am paying you guys to make things easy and this is very frustrating. I am doing all on my part and I need you guys to get this together ASAP… this is bad business

So far my experience has been great. There are still some things that can be improved and made easier such as replacing existing supplier or link for the same product item. Also having an option not to allow auto ds to update product information on shopify when regrabbing details from suppliers.
