autoMate allows you to sell a surprise and delight subscription programme, offer free gifts to reward loyalty and offers the ability to setup and run true quarterly subscription programmes. autoMate listens to webhooks from Recharge and uses them as a trigger to perform an update to the next queued order in someones subscription. The app is for ReCharge customers only and features are specific to merchant use-cases.

Gifting - Give customer a free gift based on their Order Sequence number
Fixed schedule swapping - Swap the product in an order based on a fixed schedule
Shipping Windows - Define the next order date based on when the order is placed
One off swaps - Swap to a refill product automatically after the first order

We've been a long-term customer of autoMate. We needed a solution that would automatically schedule prepaid shipment dates upon the purchase or renewal of a year-long subscription. Their team quickly came up with a solution that is easy to use. They have been very responsive whenever anything new comes up that we need help with. We wouldn't have been able to run our subscription business on Shopify they way we envisioned without their help.

Automate was a great option for what we needed at the time. We run a company Leaf'd Box that provides live plantlings as a susbcription for each season and region of the USA to help people grow the right plants at the right time for their growing zone.

Automate was able to help us figure out issues we were unable to solve on just recharge alone, and we are so grateful for that! We have moved on to a different model that works better for our seasonality, but we are thankful for Sam and how lovely it was to collaborate with him.

Automate has helped me save time and manpower by automating the next Recharge renewal date for each subscription after an order is placed. The development team is great and is always helpful and can customize the app to your needs.
