Just installed this app and it's exactly what I've been looking for. My boutique is mobile and we often dont' travel with our full inventory. This app allows me to create a pdf of my products and take orders on site for our additional items. Awesome app

This app has gotten progressively worse; it used to work but is not extremely buggy. Products routinely disappear from being added to a catalog, alignment is off, in short this does not work as advertised. Moreover, customer support is non-existent (they never use chat support, and don't return emails). RUN from this terrible app.

Hi Maho,

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our software. We had a few issues just after releasing our image compression algorithm which is why some of your product images weren't displayed properly. It has long been solved since then. Concerning customer support, our mail provider mistakenly tagged your emails as spam that's why you didn't get any reply. I can assure you that is not the case anymore. So if you want to give it another try, please let us know and we will gladly extend your trial period.

Really nice, but not for$12/ month.. maybe an annual fee? Poor communication too.

Now In Catalog Builder is just a perfect application for creating product catalog. It saves your time by almost 99%. We highly recommend it to every Shopify store owners. Love it.

We battled with this app for a few days until we contacted support. The team could not do enough for us on a tight deadline.
There were some limitations that were highlighted during this experience and I hope these are addressed in future developments the main one being multiple catalogues that can be edited; followed by editing the online orderform. Once we got the hang of it, and with the help of the support team, we got through our catalogues quickly. Thankyou!

UPDATE: I added one more star because their support has been responsive. They have fixed my issues, but I am still upset that it had to be brought to my attention from a sales lead. Needs more user testing on this app! They said the digital cart broke because they are working on the new one---but when were you going to notify your paying customers about the current one breaking???

OLDER REVIEW: Absolute garbage experience. The online print catalog is ok, but not intuitive in the slightest to update it. The digital catalog is atrocious. Some buttons just don't work, so many errors to count. It's basically the most unusable experience I've seen. Don't waste your money on this thing!
