Appalled at the cost which I only discovered after 2 hours working on my catalogue. $99 a month is a rip off!

I'm sorry to hear that you worked for 2 hours before discovering our pricing. We try to make it clear as possible that our software isn't free by putting our prices on the Shopify App page.

Hi, the business owner here. Currently, the app does not seem to work very well. There are a lot of bugs and glitches such as with resizing of photos which is the builder's main purpose. The builder also lacks many basic features such as very limited ways to sort products, inability to link the table of contents to pages created, product names and prices do not automatically update which means any catalogs you have you will have to constantly update your products one by one, and so many more issues. Another key issue is if you lapse on payment they immediately lock you out and you are unable to access all the catalogs you already paid for to create I am currently waiting for a response from their customer support team and if they are able to resolve our issues we will change our star rating and update what we mention here in the review.

This app has gotten progressively worse; it used to work but is not extremely buggy. Products routinely disappear from being added to a catalog, alignment is off, in short this does not work as advertised. Moreover, customer support is non-existent (they never use chat support, and don't return emails). RUN from this terrible app.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our software. We had a few issues just after releasing our image compression algorithm which is why some of your product images weren't displayed properly. It has long been solved since then. Concerning customer support, our mail provider mistakenly tagged your emails as spam that's why you didn't get any reply. I can assure you that is not the case anymore. So if you want to give it another try, please let us know and we will gladly extend your trial period.

*** DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY *** The 14 day free trial is very misleading, gives you a general idea of ease - you sign up for the $33/mo (6 months) which turns into $198 right out the gate! Again misleading with price, but whatever I was on a time crunch and needed it now. The software FIGHTS you the entire time, spent 2 hours putting a VERY basic line sheet together, downloaded it and it DOES NOT look like the online preview!!! So I try to reach customer support - no phone number. I go back and forth messaging "Carolina." Finally had enough and said I'm done refund my money... "We don't do refunds once the catalog is created and downloaded." ..... IT WASN'T DOWNLOADED CORRECTLY TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! Extremely disappoint, was hoping this app would eliminate extra work, but instead has caused a $198 headache!!!!
I am sorry but Iam finding it not very user-friendly;y. For the cost per month, it should have some basic support, but I am unable to find that either. I just subscribed for a while year, but I would like to cancel and have a full refund. I am just not sure where or how to cancel?
Glitchy and hard to use. Font sizes starting appearing insanely small on the online version. They offered me an upgrade (thanks :-( I would expect readable text to come as standard) but refused to help me fix the font sizes of my prices. So my prices appeared with a font size so small they were unreadable. When I pressed for a solution. They refunded me my subscription. Great, except their inability or refusal to fix a simple problem cost me hours of lost work. Not happy. Don't waste your time.
Conceptually a great idea, and it felt like for a while they were building something- but recently basic features have been failing consistently and even the support box bugged out. I cannot recommend this to someone at present. Wish I would have read the comments before purchasing..

The Free trial is not free. It is a waste of time as you cannot download the catalog. The actual fee is $33 per month and they charge 6 months
Confusing and complicated. Not doing any thing after i install the app. looks fancy but no any activities.
