So far, this is a good app. However, I have not placed an order yet. It would be nice if I had the ability to order "samples" and have them sent to my physical location.

Customer service team is nice, helpful and responsive. Good selection of products though I think they need to add more products to their catalogs. Faster shipment time compared to other dropshipping app.

NEW UPDATE - CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY POOR 1) YOU WILL NOT GET IMMEDIATE REPLY TO ANY QUESTION THEY HAVE TEAM AND IT TAKES DAYS TO REVERT.
2)PRICE ARE HIGHER AS COMPARED TO OTHER APPS
3)SHIPPING TIME 3 BUSINESS DAYS TAKES 5 DAYS TO SHIP IF YOU GOT ORDER ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY 4)RETURN PROCESS TAKES DAYS 5)I CONTACTED SHOPIFY SUPPORT THEY WANTED TO HELP BUT AUTOMIZELY STILL CANNOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT
6) PRICE CHANGES SUDDENLY CAUSE LOSS GOT ORDER ON 23RD PRICE WAS INCREASED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE I CONTACTED THEY NOT REPLIED I PAID AMOUNT ON 25TH STILL ITEM IS NOT SHIPPED THEY ARE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING MOST OF THERE ORDER TAKE 12 TO 17 DAYS TO DELIVER THIS WILL IMPACT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND COULD HAMPER PAYMENT GATEWAYS I AM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I SPEND LOT OF MONEY ON THERE LISTINGS AND CANNOT CLOSE ALL IMMEDIATELY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL Not good app the return process is very very annoying they have manual return process I have to contact them chat with them then provide customer product photos etc then they will send details to team for investigation 3rd class return service. I have one app in my other store they have automated system just in few clicks I can arrange return and email sent to customer. I am surprised how they got so many stars app is fine as of now will give 5 star later if they deliver items as promised

So far, i find it so easy to import from my automizely dashboard to shopify, prior to that, you will have a chance to change you want from Title, descriptions, price, discount, mark up before importing. I just only rate 4 star for now until i get my first sale to see how flawless is their fulfillment process.
