Their app is wonky as hell and most importantly doesn't work right away. They have to go into your store settings and code to fiddle around. Nothing makes sense in the workflow of the app. You got to waste 2-3 days on the chat all day to get them to sort things out and do more testing.
I'm not sure how this got 5 stars but has to be bogus.

i LOVE the Customer service I just started using this service in my Shopify store and I like the way things are set up.My customers can refer people with a few clicks that's awesome..
I am already recommending this app to everyone I know that has a Shopify store or wants to start a drop shipping company. Ayushi was so helpful and they have been so patient with my questions. they are the hidden secret everyone must check out!
Great tool
Aftership is a great platform. Easy to use interface; even for newbies like myself. Quick, responsive chat from their help platform, which have always provided valuable information. I would recommend Automizely to anyone looking to add referrals, and email marketing automation to their shopify store. An easy 5 stars for me.
I can't complain about the customer service, they always got my back.
