I originally provided this company with a great rating for the easy use of the tool. However, I have updated my score due to performance issues I experienced on Black Friday that continue to spam my subscribers repeatedly. The technical, while quick to respond are unable to stop the spamming and for the last 17 hours, my customers have received the same email over and over. I will never use this service or AfterShip again.

This app slowed my site down from 46 to 35. After uninstalling i went up to 38 only. Pay attention to this.

Tried to send emails but the send button was locked. The communication with the agent although online is very slow. I requested a few things because the app limits your usage and only some were address. Overall we don't have time to waste trying to get emails sent once you have taken time to create the email. Waste of my time from yesterday to send one email.

I used this app but It's completely Okay to add you branding in the email template. But why are you showing your address as my store and customers are outside of the USA?
This is completely doesn't make sense to adding your company address for branding purpose.

It's extremely frustrating that the most recent sales constantly pops up every couple seconds. It's even frustrating the site owner, let alone potential customers.

The app is easy to use and all but it will give your customers INFINITE discount codes. The app doesn't distinguish between emails. If you use a capital letter anywhere in the email address the app will send infinite coupon codes... to the same person. Really bad flaw
Thank you for the valuable feedback. Our development team is working on the feature to fix the letter case issue.
As a workaround, you can enable the option of usage limit to "one use per customer". Please visit https://conversions.automizely.com/coupons to enable the settings.
Also, the coupon emails will be not be triggered infinitely but the number of times the email is subscribed.
We will notify you once the fix is deployed.

Products seem okay, but customer service is absolutely the worst you can find. No clue on what they are doing if you have a problem. Wanted to add other app from this company, but after this experience, no way! EDIT : It's been 2 hours now, still not close to solving my problem, will just delete the app and find another one. Don't waste your time on this one.

1. A lot of discounts/offers were auto enabled upon installation. That is crazy. If I did not go through each section, I would be giving away free shipping, $10 discounts etc without even knowing about them. 2. No way to make my own popups.. or allow the customer to stop seeing the popups after 1 time. e.g. there is no need for a customer to see a "Welcome to our Store" popup EVERY TIME she visits.

The features related to discounts and free shipping are auto enabled to grab the attention of shoppers and boost sales. However, these features can easily be disabled and customised, as per the user’s discretion.
As for your suggestion related to the Popup, I have noted your suggestions and have forwarded it to our product team. It is always nice to know the requirements of our users so that we can meet their expectations and provide an engaging experience.
