I liked this app on the first 2 weeks. But now the Social proof didn't update the data. I don't know why. Social proof didn't update the data of my new orders. Since last week.

The app froze up and I just recreated the popup and it's now working. Customer service is always great. I would recommend this app.

I love this app, all the features I want for free. There are apps that cost a lot and can't even do what this does. This worked the first time and was easy to set up. I tried another app before I tried this and that app didn't work plus left behind a lot of code when i deleted it. I had to hire a developer to clean up the code left by that other app. Automizely is the best. I have had no issues with it and the customer service is great.
I used this app to help me send out newsletters to my customers. I was a bit confused at first, but the customer service is amazing and really helpful!
The young lady Pooja was extremely helpful via chat. It was a great pleasure chatting with her. She provided me with additional resources.
Easy to use so far. We are using Automizely for welcome emails. The support is responsive and easy to contact within the app. You'll have to update some DNS records to verify but they walk you through it. Nice WYSIWYG functionality.

All emails require the be approved by the team which makes things a bit cumbersome. Luckily the customer service is really friendly and most of the time very quick to help.
