This App is not only totally Free but it is also a great App. I am using it in 2 stores.
There are many sales tools, great custom pop-up template.
Inactive tabs is well made and include abandonned cart count .
I recommend it.

So, I'll also add that after being a brand new customer (trying the app out - read - FREE version), and asking for their branding to be removed from the marketing popups, they did it. Just like that. No selling me up or asking for anything. THAT's incredible service to new shops like mine. Partnership and trust.
