An all-in-one app that does everything! Very pleased with the customer service too, they reply almost instantly to our questions/requests. Only con I would add is that for the Popup Campaigns, I wish they would add more customisation settings (fonts / sizing etc) so that it matches my website more.

I am new to the app so in no ways a pro. It is fairly easy to use though and I hope it will help create a few more conversions.

I have been using this app for my pop-up welcome discount and my signup via Shopify welcome email. I was having difficulty getting the second one to work, but customer service was able to address the issue quickly.

need more help and due to covid it take long to get help but they give alot to help get you rolling but it looks like it might be just not working for me this can be big help to me in growth and sales need to get my app started need help doing that need a call center that helps with set up so i would think about the upgrade

I've been using this app for a little while now, and so far everything has been great. I have no complaints. I contacted support for one problem I was having, but they helped me quick and got it all settled for me.

I have not gone live with the app yet because I have been trying to figure it out. I spent hours yesterday and I think I finally understand how to use triggered messages vs. regular messages. All the other features are fairly simple to set up. and seam to be working fine. Once I go live I will come back here with a follow up review.
