I had a problem with my account and I asked them on the chat. They responded to me within a couple of minutes and accompanied me in the solution until we achieved it.

We are all love this App. It gives us lots of functions we need, and it's totally free! We'll spend more time to find its powerful functions. Such as popups and so on.

While the support chat feature is nice and the agents helpful, I found most of the options for this app limited. You are unable to customize the pop up to change the content requests. I cannot email my subscribers a marketing email unless I'm willing to pay $95 a month, a service that Shopify currently offers for free.

I have not gone live with the app yet because I have been trying to figure it out. I spent hours yesterday and I think I finally understand how to use triggered messages vs. regular messages. All the other features are fairly simple to set up. and seam to be working fine. Once I go live I will come back here with a follow up review.

Good product, has almost everything we need and now we're able to rmeove some of our older apps and use this 1 for everything.

easy to use quick to set up and free for small newsletters. contacted support and they removed their branding no problemo. loads of options.

I used the app so far for the coupon pop up. I haven't launched my store but I noticed that it would pop up even on my password protected page on shopify so i had to disable it for now. I'll publish it later today when i finally launch my site.

I don't like that the only option after editing my popup is to publish. I don't see any way to just save the popup separately. I have to publish and then unpublish on the home screen since I don't want it to be active on my site yet.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. The pop up can be designed and kept saved in the account without having to compulsorily publish it. Once you go live, you may then publish it and it will start reflecting on the page.
