Very difficult to work with. per there website and my account, my subscription for mail services is turned off. I have a large contact list so the bill is over $200 added monthly to shopify. Well they STILL have the charging going on for september eventhough my automizely account says free plan.

User friendly, support was very helpful and answered promptly. Didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't taken full advantage of everything yet.

The apps are so easy to use and customer service is great. There is a straight-forward step by step process that the app led me through to get set up. Also, I love that some of the features and functions are only one-click it doesn't need a lot of back and forth compared to other apps.

Nice so far This can be positive, neutral or negative. A customer's experience is largely guided by unseen factors ,and it is on par.

First off, the customer service of this app is amazing! Beyond what one would expect. I have asked a few questions and have never waited more than about two minutes for a response. The templates are easy to work with and very customizable. I am switching a lot of my apps over to Automizely because it's a time and money saver and again, you can not beat their customer service.
